On October 07, 2019, the company ams AG has announced, that the Takeover offer for Osram Licht AG has lapsed and that the agreements which came into existence as a result of the Takeover Offer will not be completed. Trading in Options and Futures contracts on Osram Licht AG shares will therefore continue unchanged. The October 2019 and November 2019 maturities will be listed with effect as of October 08, 2019.
