The company Pennon Group PLC has announced the payment of a special dividend of GBp 355 per share, a share consolidation at a ratio of 3:2 and an ISIN-change. More information about this transaction is available on the company`s website under www.pennon-group.co.uk The payment of the special dividend and share consolidation will result in an adjustment of the above-mentioned contracts. Accordingly, the ISIN of the above-mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.
