On 08 June 2017, the company Pangea GmbH announced the result of the public exchange offer. According to this information, the Bidder holds a number of shares representing 30.1481% of the share capital after the end of the initial acceptance offer period. The conditions for the settlement of the options contracts and futures contracts of according to the contract specifications are not fulfilled. Trading in the Eurex contracts will therefore be continued without changes.
