On 22 October 2018 Linde AG and Praxair Inc. announced that the merger of both companies is scheduled to be implemented on 29 October 2018. Due to this merger an Underlying ISIN-change and a name change will be processed for the option contract on Linde AG as specified in the attached table. More information about this transaction is available on the company`s website under www.lindepraxairmerger.com.

Legally the Underlying ISIN-Change will take place as described, but due to technical restrictions, the Underlying ISIN will not be changed in the Eurex System. It will stay at the current Underlying ISIN US74005P1049. The Settlementprice will be based on the referenceprice at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This price will be converted to USD by the respective ECB-Reference rate (fixing).
