The company Prosus N.V. and its largest shareholder Naspers Ltd. have announced to simplify their mutual shareholdings via a capitalisation issue. According to the announced capitalisation issue, Prosus N.V. shareholders are to receive 1.1796 ordinary shares for every one ordinary share held. The largest shareholder Naspers Ltd. has waived its entitlement to subscribe for the new shares. This transaction will result in an adjustment of the affected contracts.
