Roche Holding AG: Change of Capital Structure and ISIN Change

The company Roche Holding AG has announced a change in its capital structure, including a 1-for-1 exchange of non-voting equity securities (“Genussscheine”) into participation certificates (“Partizipationsscheine”) to be issued. Further details on the capital re-structuring are available on the company`s website.

Once the new capital structure becomes effective and the newly issued participation certificates start trading at the home exchange, scheduled for 17 March 2026, the above-mentioned contracts are to be re-designated as contracts based on the participation certificates with ISIN CH1499059983. The re-designation of the affected contracts results in a change of the products reference data as described in the following table:
