Royal Dutch Shell Plc.: Share Structure Change, ISIN Change, Name Change (corrected)

The company Royal Dutch Shell plc has announced to simplify its company share structure and to change its name to Shell plc. As of 29 January 2022, the company`s A-shares and B-shares are to be assimilated into a single line of shares that will have a new ISIN. The name change is expected to take place on 25 January 2022.


Accordingly, the reference data of the affected Eurex-listed contracts will change as of 31 January 2022 as specified in the Corporate Action Information available for download.
