The company Saipem S.p.A. has announced a rights issue whereby shareholders are entitled to purchase 95 new shares for every 1 share held, at a subscription price of EUR 1.013 per new share. The closing and the entry into force of the company’s capital increase is subject to the fulfillment of specific conditions.
