Schaeffler AG: Share Class Change, ISIN Change

The company Schaeffler AG has announced that the merger of Vitesco Technologies Group AG with Schaeffler AG is to take effect on 01 October 2024, upon registration of the merger into the commercial register. The conversion of the common non-voting shares of Schaeffler AG into voting common shares of the company is also expected to take effect on 01 October 2024. Shareholders of Schaeffler AG will receive one voting common share to be issued for one non-voting common share held.

Following Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s announcement that trading in the affected shares of Vitesco Technologies Group AG and Schaeffler AG be suspended on 01 October 2024 and discontinued afterwards, Eurex is to suspend trading and clearing in the affected contracts on 01 October 2024. Exercising options rights in positions of the affected contracts will also be suspended on 01 October 2024. Trading and clearing in the adjusted contracts will resume as per regular schedule on 02 October 2024.
