The company Schroders plc has announced to simplify the company’s dual share class structure via an enfranchisement, compensatory bonus issue and sub-division of shares. Accordingly, holders of non-voting shares will receive one ordinary share with full voting rights for every one non-voting share held and holders of ordinary shares will receive three bonus shares for every 17 ordinary shares held. The then resulting total number of ordinary shares is to be sub-divided at a ratio of 5 new ordinary shares for every one ordinary share held.
