The company Sponda OYI has announced a rights issue whereby shareholders are entitled to purchase 1 new share(s) for every 5 share(s) held, at a subscription price of 3.90 per new share. More information about this transaction is available on the company`s website under www.sponda.fi. The rights issue will result in an adjustment of the above mentioned contracts. | ||||||||||||||||||

Please note: An adjustment will only take place if the subscription right has a positive value. If there is no open interest in the original contracts on Sponda OYI (SDMF) on the last cum trading day after close of trading, no adjustment will take place and no new contract will be introduced.
