On 21 April 2015, the general meeting of the company Swiss Re AG will decide, among other things, to pay an extraordinary dividend of CHF 3.00 per share in addition to the regular dividend of CHF 4.25.
The extraordinary dividend will result in an adjustment of the Eurex options (SREN, SREE), the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract (SREI) and the Eurex Single Stock Dividend Futures contracts (S2RE, S3RE, S4RE) on shares of Swiss Re AG, as already published in the Market Supervision Messages window on 19 February 2015.
Ex date will be 23 April 2015.
