As part of the acquisition of Westfield Corporation, Unibail-Rodamco SE has announced that upon closing of the transaction, Unibail-Rodamco shareholders will hold Unibail-Rodamco stapled securities on a one-for-one basis, each comprising of one Unibail-Rodamco share and on Class A share in the newly formed company WFD Unibail-Rodamco N.V. The stapled securities will be admitted to trading on the regulated markets of Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Paris on a single security. After close of business on 04 June 2018 the Eurex contracts on Unibail-Rodamco will be re-designated as contracts based on the new Unibail-Rodamco stapled securities. No other adjustments shall be made to the Contracts.
Accordingly, the ISIN of the above mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.
