The companies announced the termination of the simplification of Unilever`s corporate structure. As of the termination, the products at Eurex will continue trading with unchanged parameters.
The following actions will not be executed!
The companies Unilever N.V and Unilever PLC announced the simplification of Unilever`s corporate structure. Subject to the approval by the shareholders, one old Unilever PLC share will be exchanged against one new Unilever N.V ordinary share. As soon as the transaction becomes effective, the underlying share will change to the new Unilever N.V share. More information about this transaction is available on the company`s website under www.unilever.com.
Accordingly, the ISIN of the above mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.
