Unilever N.V. : Restructure/ISIN-Change

The company Unilever N.V. will terminate the depositary receipt structure on 28th June 2019. Depositary receipts of Unilver N.V. shares will be cancelled and shareholders will receive ordinary Unilever N.V.-shares at an exchange rate of one per one. Further information can be found on the website of the company, www.unilever.com.

For the single stock dividend future (U2NI) the Product- and Underlying ISIN will be unchanged, but the related share ISIN will be changed to the new ISIN NL0000388619.

These changes do not affect Unilever N.V. shares held in New York registry form or Unilver PLC shares held in American Depositary Receipt form. In consequence the Eurex products on these underlyings UNAF and ULVF will also remain unchanged.


Accordingly, the name of the above mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.
