Further to the 8-for-9 share consolidation of the company Unilever Plc, we informed that the composition of the Unilever-TMICC basket underlying the options contracts UNIB and UNEB and the respective settlement obligations would change. This is to clarify the settlement breakdown of the basket options contracts affected.

The company Unilever Plc has announced the share consolidation ratio whereby shareholders receive 8 new shares for every 9 existing ordinary shares in Unilever Plc. The ISIN of Unilever Plc has changed from GB00B10RZP78 to GB00BVZK7T90.
