Unilever Plc: Consolidation / ISIN change - Updated on 08-December-2025

The company Unilever Plc has announced on a share consolidation after completion of its spinoff of the Magnum Ice Cream company in a ratio which is yet to be determined. The ISIN of Unilever Plc will change from GB00B10RZP78 to GB00BVZK7T90. The ratio and subsequent impact on the Unilever-Magnum Ice-Cream Company basket composition will be detailed when published by the company.

Adjustment result : Unilever Plc : Share consolidation 

The company announced a share consolidation of 8 New Unilever Shares for every 9 existing ordinary shares in Unilever Plc.

The basket composition for basket products UNIB and UNEB effective 09-December-2025 is : 0,888889 * Unilever share + 0,20 * Magnum Ice Cream Company Share

Upon exercise of a long position in one contract of the Unilever-Magnum basket option, settlement is processed by physical delivery of 88 Unilever shares, 0,8889 Unilever shares in cash and settlement of 20 Magnum Ice Cream Company shares in cash. 

The cash settlement value will be calculated based on the closing price of Magnum Ice Cream shares at the reference market on the day of the exercise of an Unilever-Magnum basket option.
