On 8 April 2015, the company Vivendi SA announced distribution of an additional dividend in the amount of EUR 2.00 per share which will take place in two steps of EUR 1.00 each.
On 8 April and 9 April 2015, Eurex already announced via Newsboard Message that this additional distribution will result in an adjustment of the options and futures contracts on shares of Vivendi SA.
Vivendi SA announced that the ex date for the second partial distribution of EUR 1.00 will be 1 February 2016. This distribution will result in an adjustment of the options and futures contracts on shares of Vivendi SA (V3VU, V4VU, VVU, VVUG, VVUH).
