Refresh of landing page

The landing page of the Member Section will be refreshed to give clients a clearer overview of the services within the client portal and to provide an overall improved interface.

This change does not require any actions from Member Section users.

New two-factor authentication

Deutsche Börse’s objective is to always ensure a strong security against unauthorized access to Member Section user accounts while providing ease of use at the same time. With this release, the Member Section login process will be enhanced by introducing a new two-factor authentication process.

Once the new authentication is setup, Member Section users will easily and securely sign-in to their Member Section accounts by using one of the three authentication options that are listed below:

  • E-mail authentication: users can receive the verification code via e-mail.
  • Authentication via SMS text message: users can register their mobile phones to receive the verification code via SMS.
  • App authentication: users can use the Microsoft Authenticator App and register their phone to receive the verification code.

As of 14 April 2023, the existing authentication process via ForgeRock Authenticator App will be decommissioned.

The e-mail verification will be the default option for all users. The other two authentication options need to be set up by the users in the Member Section via the following path: My Profile > Login Settings > Two-Factor Authentication options.

We recommend that Member Section users utilize at least two authentication methods for convenience. Instructions for the setup of additional authentication methods can be found under: Member Section Support > Tutorial Videos or via the Member Section - Login User Guide.
