Consequently, the automatic suspension and/or deletion of orders and quotes of a Non-Clearing Member when exceeding the pre-defined and agreed limitation thresholds will not be conducted by Eurex Clearing AG and/or the Eurex Exchanges. Clearing Members, Non-Clearing Members, Registered Customers and Trading Participants shall monitor the respective exposures, positions and/or transactions accordingly. The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
