Group Bruxelles has announced to propose a dividend per share of EUR 5.00 for the financial year 2024. For the purpose of clarification we would like to confirm that the amount of EUR 5.00 will be considered as ordinary dividend and will not lead to an adjustment when the payment becomes effective
