In a media release dated 28 January 2024, the company Holcim AG announced its intention to spin off its North American business into a separate entity.
Following the announced timeline, the shares of the spun-off entity are expected to be listed at a US exchange during the first six months of 2025.
Details of the transaction are to be disclosed in due course. Once the transactions details are public, Eurex will inform market participants about any adjustments of the relvant contracts via Corporate Action Information.
