Banco Santander today announced its intention to propose to shareholders the payment of a scrip dividend (payable in new shares) against 2019 results, equivilant to EUR 0.10 per share. According to the contract specifications this distribution is considered as ordinary and will not lead to an adjustment of Santander options and futures contracts
