1. For options contracts on shares of Stellantis N.V. (FIA5) exercised at Eurex Deutschland on April 22, 2025, April 22, 2025, is considered the date from which shares of Stellantis N.V. were traded without dividend rights (ex-date).
2. The immediate enforcement of no 1 is ordered.
3. This decree is deemed to have been announced on 14th May 2025.

Die Ueberpruefung der Dividendenauszahlung von Optionskontrakten auf Aktien der Stellantis N.V. (Produkt-ID: FIA5) ist abgeschlossen. Die Geschaeftsfuehrung gibt folgendes bekannt:
1. Fuer an der Eurex Deutschland am 22. April 2025 ausgeuebten Optionskontrakte auf Aktien der Stellantis N.V. (Produkt-ID: FIA5) gilt der 22. April 2025 als Tag, ab dem die Aktien der Stellantis N.V. ohne Recht auf Dividende gehandelt wurden (Ex-Tag).
2. Die sofortige Vollziehung von Ziffer 1 wird angeordnet.
3. Diese Verfuegung gilt als am 14. Mai 2025 bekannt gegeben.
