XEUR : Wirecard: Termination of Trading

Frankfurt Stock Exchange today published a notice that trading in Wirecard shares will be terminated effective after close of trading on 07 January 2021.
According to the contract specifications of Eurex Deutschland this will also lead to the termination of trading of derivative contracts on Wirecard shares (WDI/WDI1/2/4/5/WDIF/W2DI/TWDI) at Eurex and the contracts will be settled
according to the fair value method after close of trading on 07 January 2021. The reference price for the cash settlement will be the closing auction price on Xetra on 07 January 2021. The settlement details will be provided via Eurex circular in due course
