1. Introduction
The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the following decision with effect from 2 May 2023:
Effective date: 2 May 2023
To implement the decision, the Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland (Contract Specifications) will be amended as marked in the Attachment.
This circular contains all information on the products whose Continuous Trading period will be extended and the updated sections of the relevant Rules and Regulations of Eurex Deutschland.
2. Required action
There is no specific action required.
3. Details
The Continuous Trading period of Options Contracts on shares of USD and GBP denominated Index Funds will be extended from 17:20 CET to 17:30 CET.
The applied change will harmonize the Continuous Trading period of all Options Contracts on shares of EUR, GBP and USD denominated Index Funds, as defined in updated subpart of Annex C to the Contract Specifications in the Attachment.
As of the effective date, the full version of the updated Contract Specifications will be published on the Eurex website www.eurex.com under:
