根据《交易所法规》第2/8/2的交易法则，非交易所会员的交易人(indirect trading participants/non-members)也与交易所注册交易员(Exchange Traders)同样可以成为ORS 用户
使用ORS软件并作为ORS用户进行交易的交易所注册交易员，应透过"合规信息" -2404识别码同时申报自己的会员 ID-交易员 ID 组合（如"ABCFRTRD001"）
