Isra Vision: Cash Takeover/ISIN-Change

On 15 April 2020, the final result of the public offer to the shareholders of Isra Vision AG was announced and declared as successful. According to the notice, the settlement of the Offer has been postponed until the satisfaction of all Offer conditions. Please be aware, that with effect as of 16 April 2020 until completion of the offer, the Eurex contracts will change to the tendered line.

Accordingly, the ISIN of the above mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.

Settlement of the contracts will be processed as soon as the bidder declares the offer as unconditional. The exact date, as well as the settlement details will be published immediately after the transaction has been declared unconditional.
