Pargesa Holding SA: Reorganisation/Merger/ISIN-Change

The companies Pargesa Holding SA and Groupe Bruxelles Lambert announced a simplification of the corporate structure. The implementation of the transaction is done via a Takeover Offer by Parjointco Switzerland SA where shareholders of Pargesa Holding SA are offered 0.93 Groupe Bruxelles Lambert shares per each Pargesa Holding SA - Share. On 9 June 2020 Pargesa Holding SA and Parjointco Switzerland SA declared the offer as being successful and unconditional. Settlement of the transaction will  be done with effect as of 16 June 2020.
