The company Sanofi SA has announced to spin off EUROAPI as a standalone company. Sanofi SA shareholders shall be entitled to receive one EUROAPI SAS share for every 23 Sanofi SA shares held. The spin-off is subject to the Sanofi shareholders’ approval.
