Solvay SA : Demerger / Name change

The company Solvay SA has announced on 27 November 2023 a spinoff of its specialty polymers business as an independent company under the name Syensqo SA if approved by the EGM. Shareholders of Solvay SA shall be entitled to receive for every 1 Solvay SA-share 1 share of the new company.

The spinoff will result in an adjustment of the above mentioned contracts.


Adjustment on 11-December-2023, for effective date 12-December-2023 

Due to no open interest in SOLG and TSOL, the underlying security ISIN of the two products is changed back from DE000A3E32E1 to BE0003470755. These contracts continue to refer to Solvay SA shares only. No successor contracts will be introduced.
