The company TechnipFMC has announced on 04 February 2021 the time schedule for the spinoff of its Technip Energies -business as an independent company under the name Technip Energies. Shareholders of TechnipFMC shall be entitled to receive for every 5 TechnipFMC -shares 1 share of the new company.

The Spinoff will result in an adjustment of the above mentioned contracts.
There was no adjustment for THPH, TTHP and T3HP due to 0 open interest.
