Unilever Plc: Consolidation, ISIN Change, Settlement (Updated 20 February 2026)

Further to the 8-for-9 share consolidation of the company Unilever Plc, we informed that the composition of the Unilever-TMICC basket underlying the options contracts UNIB and UNEB and the respective settlement obligations would change. This is to clarify the settlement breakdown of the basket options contracts affected.

Settlement of basket options contracts (UNIB, UNEB) upon exercise and assignment

In Corporate Action Information 002 we informed that the exercising of options contracts UNIB and/or UNEB would result in the settlement of

  • 88 Unilever shares
  • 0.8889 Unilever shares (cash)
  • 20 The-Magnum-Ice-Cream-Company shares (cash)

This Corporate Action Information is to provide details on the settlement breakdown. Upon exercising one options contract

  • 88 Unilever shares against an amount of 100*strike price, split into
  1. 88*strike price via Delivery versus Payment (DvP),
  2. 12*strike price via Cash,
  • 0.8889 Unilever shares (cash),
  • 20 The-Magnum-Ice-Cream-Company shares (cash)

are to be delivered and paid.

The respective settlement details are reported via RPTCE770 (Exercise And Assign Overview).


Update as of 10 December 2025:

The company Unilever Plc has announced the share consolidation ratio whereby shareholders receive 8 new shares for every 9 existing ordinary shares in Unilever Plc. The ISIN of Unilever Plc has changed from GB00B10RZP78 to GB00BVZK7T90.

With the share consolidation and the ISIN change this Corporate Action Information explains the adjustment (Info 002)
