The company HNA Aviation announced in their notice from 07 July 2016 the definitive interim result of the public tender offer for all publicly held shares of gategroup Holding AG. According to the notice the participation of the Offeror amounts to 63.6% (subject to the execution of the offer). Subject to the satisfaction of the still outstanding conditions the Offeror declares the offer successful. According to the notice the additional acceptance period starts on 8 July 2016 and runs until 21 July 2016. The settlement of the offer is expected to take place at the end of the 3rd quarter/beginning of the 4th quarter 2016.
