Maintenance work in the Equinix FR2 Co-location facility in July / August 2026

As previously announced in the Eurex Circular 027/26, Eurex plans to perform further maintenance work on the Order Entry switches in the Equinix FR2 Co-Location facility on the following dates:

Eurex Order Entry (A-side):

18th July 2026 – RFRA3214 and RFRA3215

25th July 2026 – RFRA3216

Eurex Order Entry (B-side):

08th August 2026 – RFRA3236 and RFRA3239

15th August 2026 – RFRA3230 and RFRA3231

Dedicated support will be available from 12:00 CEST - 15:00 CEST on each scheduled maintenance date. Please note that this support window has been updated for the maintenance scheduled on 18th July 2026.

In case of issues, participants may contact their Technical Key Account Manager via their VIP number or cts@deutsche-boerse.com during the support window.

Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message. 

We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
