Improved Emergency Notification function

The Emergency Notifications Tool (ENT) is used to send emergency messages to Clearing Members via e-mail and text message in emergency situations. We will upgrade our internal technical infrastructure and will introduce an improved user interface.

To ensure that the stored contact information for the emergency messages is up to date, we kindly ask participants to log in to the Member Section after the introduction on 27 March 2023 and go to "My Profile > Emergency Notifications" to review their provided contact information such as e-mail address and phone number and, if required, make updates to ensure a reliable communication.

Please make sure to review your stored contact information on an annual basis.

Improved Independent Software Vendor (ISV) function

With this release we will upgrade our technical infrastructure and introduce an improved interface for users and ISVs providing the already available functionality.

The upgrade does not require any actions from Member Section users.
