In addition to the Trader GUI, Eurex Exchange participants may also use Third Party Software from Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to access trading (ETI, FIX-LF), clearing (FIXML, AMQP, FpML, Margin Calculator) and market and reference data interfaces.
If it is intended to employ such a Third Party Software, the respective ISV must be registered at Eurex Deutschland and/ or Eurex Clearing.
How to register?
To become a registered ISV, please download the ISV registration form, complete it, and email it to onboarding-team@deutsche-boerse.com. Once the signed form is received, the set-up process will be initiated.
The registration form will be further used to request the setup of an Implementation Officer within the Member Portal where technical requests and user maintenance are present together with further useful information.
Details regarding successful setup are confirmed via email.
Registered ISVs will be supplied with all the relevant information on their connectivity options and technical documentation.

Which ISVs are registered?
Please also note that Eurex does not perform conformance tests of third-party applications. All software functionalities listed below are provided by ISVs and are intended for use as general information and guidance only.

Marketing – contact details and functionalities of the ISV Software are published on the Eurex webpage to help Trading Participants and Clearing Members to contact the ISVs of their choice
It allows ISVs to access the permanent simulation environment via secure encrypted VPN connectivity. ISVs can access the markets of Deutsche Börse and partner exchanges, i.e., Eurex, Xetra, Börse Frankfurt, EEX Futures, Vienna, Prague, Budapest, Ljubljana, etc.
The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
