Pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Rules of Eurex Deutschland, the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland has decided that open positions in the currently suspended options contracts on shares of Meyer Burger Technology AG, with an expiration date of September 2025 - and only those with this expiration date - can be exercised on the scheduled last trading day, September 19, 2025, irrespective of the trading suspension. The reference price based on the last available share price of Meyer Burger Technology AG on May 30, 2025, which is 0.751 CHF.
