Orange Belgium: Takeover

In a media release dated 02 December 2020, the company Orange SA announced plans to launch a voluntary tender offer to the shareholders of the company Orange Belgium SA/NV at a price of EUR 22.00 per share.

This information describes the potential effects this transaction will have on the Eurex-listed contracts.

Frankfurt, 27th of April 2021:

In a press release dated 27 April 2021, the company Orange Groupe declared the offer for Orange Belgium as unconditional.

With the offer being unconditional, trading of the Orange Belgium contracts was terminated with effect as of 27 April 2021 and the final settlement of the options contracts (MOS) with open interest will take place.

On 28 April 2021, all participants holding open positions in MOS options contracts will receive a notice containing an overview of their respective open positions. Booking of the cash amounts will take place on 28 April 2021 with value date 29 April 2021. In the end-of-day batch processing of 29 April 2021, the positions will be booked out effective 30 April 2021.Please find below the settlement details.
