Panalpina Welttransport AG: ISIN-Change

The company DSV has released the definitive notice of the interim result of the offer. Up to the expiration of the extended main offer period on July 17, 2019, DSV is entitled to 88.27% of the Panalpina Welttransport AG shares. The additional acceptance period will start on July 24, 2019 and ends on August 7, 2019. DSV has therefore declared the offer successful. Completion of the offer is still pending on several regulatory conditions. Please be aware, that with effect as of July 24, 2019 until completion of the offer, the Eurex contracts will change to the tendered line tradeable at the Swiss Exchange.

Accordingly, the ISIN of the above mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.

Settlement of the contracts will be processed as soon as DSV declares the offer as unconditional. The exact date, as well as the settlement details will be published immediately after the transaction has been declared unconditional.
