Unicredit SPA Rights Issue

The company Unicredit S.p.A. has announced a rights issue whereby shareholders are entitled to purchase 13 new shares for every 5 shares held, at a subscription price of EUR 8.09 per new share.

Please be aware, that the standard contract size for the option (CRI5 / UCR1 / UCR2 / UCR4 / UCR5) will be set to 100 and the contract size for the new single stock future (CR5J) will be set to 100.

The rights issue will result in an adjustment of the above mentioned contracts.
