Advent International yesterday published the information, that they have received merger clearance of the U-Blox Takeover Offer. Due to the announcement the Offer is expected to settle on 26 November 2025, provided that the Offer conditions that remain in effect until the settlement remain fulfilled up to and including the settlement Date. Trading in U-Blox derivatives will therefore be halted with immediate effect. Settlement of fair value will be processed as soon as Advent has confirm the settlement of the Offer
