Eurex Clearing
As announced in Eurex Clearing circular 110/14, Eurex Clearing will amend the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions) to implement the following changes:
Eurex Clearing will abolish the current set-off prohibition within the Individual Clearing Model (ICM) under Client Clearing Documentation. This allows Clearing Members and ICM clients more flexibility in defining set-off clusters.
Pursuant to Chapter I Part 1 Number 17.3 of the Clearing Conditions, Eurex Clearing conducted a one-month consultation period from 18 August 2014 until 18 September 2014 on the above-mentioned topic.
During the consulation, Eurex Clearing did not receive any comments that led to further amendments of the Clearing Conditions.
Attached to this circular you will find the updated sections of the Clearing Conditions as approved by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG on 13 August 2014.
Please note that the changes will come into effect on 2 February 2015.
