Eurex Clearing
To further support the cooperative efforts of Eurex Clearing and its Members in designing the CCP’s risk management, Eurex Clearing amends its Statutes for the Risk Committee. The amendments include:
1. Extension of topics where the Risk Committee advises the Supervisory Board of Eurex Clearing,
2. Changes to the confidentiality provisions applicable for information received in connection with the Risk Committee,
3. Minor editorial changes.
Attached to this circular you will find the amended sections of the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG as well as the amended Statutes for the Risk Committee, as approved by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing on 3 June 2013, which will come into effect on 24 June 2013.
