This circular contains information with respect to amendments to the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions), the Price List for Eurex Clearing AG (Price List) and the Conditions for Utilization of the Eurex Trade Entry Services (General Conditions for Participation) regarding the following topics:
The planned changes related to Number 1 fall within the scope of Special Provisions of the Clearing Conditions and hence are subject to a consultation process to which Eurex Clearing hereby invites to submit comments.
The amendments related to Number 2 will come into effect on 6 July 2015. The extension of clearing services in Number 3 will come into effect immediately.
The amended sections of the Clearing Conditions, Price List and General Conditions for Participation, as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG, are attached to this circular.
