This circular contains information with respect to amendments to the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions) regarding the following topics:
1. Extension of product eligibility criteria in connection with EurexOTC Clear Release 6.0.
2. Amendments to Overnight Index Swaps (OIS) rate fixing for “FEDFUND”.
3. Abolishment of restrictions for derivatives on German equities on the day before dividend cash-out days in German equities.
The amended sections of the Clearing Conditions, as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG, are attached to this circular.
All amendments will come into effect on 9 November 2015.
