This circular contains information with respect to extensions of Eurex Clearing’s Individual Clearing Model (ICM) service offering and amendments to the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions) in the following areas:
The updated sections of the Clearing Conditions including amendments to the Clearing Agreements as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG are attached to this circular.
All amendments will come into effect on 5 June 2014.
