This circular contains information about amendments to the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions), the Conditions for Utilization of the Eurex Trade Entry Services (General Conditions for Participation) and the Price List for Eurex Clearing AG (Price List) in the following areas:
1. Amendment to the Clearing Conditions with regard to the amendment process in case Special Provisions are affected
2. Amendment to the Clearing Conditions with regard to a Clearing Member’s information obligation when using the Stop-Button
3. Amendment to the Clearing Conditions for clarification of handling of defaulted Clearing Members for Securities Lending
4. Amendment to the General Conditions for Participation with regard to the trade entry time in the Eurex system for off-book trades using the Eurex Trade Entry Services
5. Amendment to the Price List for elimination of a redundancy in Part 5 (Transaction Fees of Eurex Repo GmbH)
6. Amendments to the Clearing Conditions and the Price List following the decommissioning of the clearing link between Eurex Clearing and European Commodity Clearing.
The amended sections of aforementioned rules and regulations as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG are attached to this circular. All amendments will come into effect on 22 September 2014.
