This circular contains information about amendments to the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions) in the following areas:
1. Order in which the Individual Clearing Model (ICM) Participation Agreement and the Client Clearing Documentation have to be signed.
2. Amendments to the Appendices 1-4 and 8 to the Clearing Conditions regarding the selection of
Multiple Clearing Relationship (MCR) product groups.
3. Editorial changes with respect to the entry of dates, signature forms and name inconsistencies.
The updated sections of the Clearing Conditions including amendments to the Clearing Agreements as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG are attached to this circular.
All amendments will come into effect on 25 August 2014.
