This circular contains information with respect to amendments to the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions) regarding the following topics:
The amendments under Numbers 1., 2. and 3. will come into effect on 7 September 2015.
The planned changes under Number 4. fall within the scope of Special Provisions of the Clearing Conditions and hence are subject to a consultation process to which Eurex Clearing hereby invites to submit comments.
The amended sections of the Clearing Conditions, as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG, are attached to this circular.
